Gymnasts joining our recreational classes are welcomed into a safe, supportive environment. Our progressive sessions use innovative coaching to encourage and challenge every gymnast. Gymnasts follow our own Proficiency Awards scheme to build core skills, with sessions having a different focus each week.

For gymnasts who are keen to train more often, additional recreational sessions are available with a 25% discount. This gives gymnasts the opportunity to spend more time on the trampoline, strengthen their basics, build confidence and continue progressing at a pace that is right for them.
