At Aire Trampoline Club we run performance-driven, invitation-only competition squads for gymnasts who show the commitment, attitude and potential to progress in trampoline gymnastics. Entry to these squads is selective to make sure every gymnast is training at the right level and getting the right coaching.
All new gymnasts start in our recreational sessions first. This allows our coaches to get to know them, assess skills, work on foundations and see who is ready for the next step. When a gymnast is consistently showing good basics, work ethic and coachability, they may be invited to join a competitive squad.
Our competitive squads have a strong record of success. The club has produced county, regional and national-level performers and has gymnasts who regularly attend international training camps and competitions. We have high expectations of our squads, but we also give them high-quality coaching to match those expectations.
What squad gymnasts can expect:
Highly qualified, specialist trampoline coaches who are active in the sport
Low gymnast-to-trampoline ratios so gymnasts get plenty of turns and feedback
Progressive, individual training plans to help each gymnast reach their goals
Technical shaping and conditioning, both on and off the trampoline
A positive, hard-working squad culture where attendance, punctuality and attitude matter
Training takes place on our Eurotramp Ultimate trampolines at our Canterbury and Dover training venues, giving gymnasts access to the same quality of equipment they will see at higher-level competitions.
Being part of an Aire Trampoline Club Competition Squad is a privilege. Places are limited so that we can maintain quality, safety and results. If your child would like to work towards squad level, the best route is to attend regularly, listen to their coach and demonstrate the effort, focus and resilience we look for in our competitive gymnasts.
